What are calling cards?
Calling cards are a prepaid method of making a long distance (domestic or international) call. By using a calling card you
save money on your long-distance phone bill. There are no monthly bills, and no detailed statements. Rather, you simply pay
for the calling time in advance and your prepaid balance is reduced as you make your calls.

How does the card work?
The card comes with local access number, toll free access number and a PIN number. All you have to do is dial the access
number and follow the prompt. You will be asked to enter your PIN number and you will get a recording telling you the balance
on your card, after that you will be asked to enter your destination number, if you are calling in North America, dial 1+ area
code + phone number, for overseas calls dial 011+ country code + phone number. After dialing the destination number you will
get the prompt telling you how many minutes you will be able to speak to your destination.

Why should I use a calling card?
There are many reasons why you should use calling cards. Here are a few:
- They are often much cheaper than long distance providers.
- They are cheaper than your local phone company.
- They are cheaper than collect calls and operator assisted calls.
- You can budget your long distance calling costs.
- You can bypass hotel and educational institution systems with the resultant savings. (Dialing calling card toll free access numbers allows you to bypass the system.)
- There are no monthly bills, and no detailed statements. Rather, you simply pay for the calling time in advance and reduce the prepaid balance as you make calls.

Are there any hidden fees?
No! The Setaia Affinity Phone Card has no connection fees, no maintenance fees, no monthly fees, and no hidden fees of any
kind. There are no setup fees or taxes that will diminish your minutes.

Do I have to switch my home phone long distance carrier to use this service?
No! There is no need to change your current long distance provider. The Setaia Affinity Phone Card is a prepaid rechargeable
phone card accessible from over 50 countries. Once you sign up we will provide you with a toll-free access number that you can
dial whenever you want to use our service.

Do I need a special phone or device to use this service?
No. You do not require a special phone or additional equipment of any kind. As long as the phone you are using has Touch
Tone service, you are ready to use your account.

Are there any contracts or agreements with this service?
No. With Setaia there are never any long-term commitments or contracts. The My-Comm-Card is a pre-paid
service that can be cancelled any time.

How do I create an account?
If you are a new customer, create your account by CLICKING
HERE. After you complete the registration form we will process your
order and email your calling instructions in 30 minutes or less.

How do I modify my account?
You can change your account information by emailing support@my-comm-card.com or by calling customer service at 1-866-909-6624.

What if I forget my password/username?
You will need to enter your e-mail address in the FORGOT PASSWORD page and we will send you an e-mail message containing
your password and/or username.

What if I submitted my registration but did not receive an e-mail confirmation?
You should receive your confirmation e-mail in less then 30 minutes. Remember: Your confirmation e-mail will only be
sent to the e-mail address that you registered with us.
If you don't get your confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes after registration, please email support@my-comm-card or
call Customer Support at 1-866-909-6624.

What is a Primary Phone Number?
The Primary Phone Number is the main phone number that you wish your account to be identified with (also referred to as
Account Number). We recommend that you activate the phone number that you use most often, and that you will most easily
remember, as your primary phone number. The primary phone number will also be used to retrieve your account information
online and when making deposits to your account.

How can I change my primary phone number?
To change your primary phone number, please email support@my-comm-card or call Customer Support at 1-866-909-6624.

How can I get my PIN number if I have forgotten it?
Your PIN number is always posted on your “Account Info” page. If you are not able to access this page, then you can call our
Customer Support line at 1-866-909-6624 and we will provide your PIN over the phone or you can retrieve it by
emailing us at support@my-comm-card.com.

How can I recharge my account?
Your account can be recharged at anytime by going to your "ACCOUNT INFO" page. On this page (near bottom), simply input the
amount you wish to recharge your account in the drop down menu ($10, $20, or $50) and click “Buy Now”. A new window will
appear and you will be prompted to enter your Credit Card information. Once completed and approved your order will be processed.

How can I get my call history?
You can see your entire calling history by logging into your account and clicking on "CALL HISTORY".

How can I get a refund?
Please email your request to support@my-comm-card.com, indicating your email address and the reason for the refund.
You will be refunded within 48 business hours.

How long does it take before my account will become activated?
For security reasons, we may contact you to verify your phone number. This process is required only on your first purchase.
All future purchases will be INSTANTLY applied to your account. If you are physically at a phone number other than the one you
provided us, please contact us at support@my-comm-card.com or call our customer support team at 1-866-909-6624.

Will my minutes ever expire?
Your account balance will not expire.

How can I find a rate for the country I want to call?

Is there an extra charge for making a call from a payphone?
No.

Is there an extra charge for making a call from a cell phone?
No, the rate is the same as calling from a land line. For additional air time usage and roaming charges please contact your
cell phone provider.

Is there an extra charge for making a call to a cell phone?
If you are calling to a cell phone, the rate and number of minutes advertised may be different. The rates to cell phones are
higher then land line rates. The rate to cell phones in an international country is approximately 2.5 times higher than the
land line rate.

Will I be billed in US dollars or Canadian dollars?
If you register as a Canadian resident, you will be charged in CAD. If you register as a U.S. resident you will be charged in USD.

How does billing work with this service?
The my-comm-card is a prepaid phone card. You can add money in increments of $10, $20, $30, $40, and $50 to your
account. Once you finish making a call, we will deduct the number of minutes you have used multiplied by the rate per minute
for that specific destination (based on one minute rounding). The math is simple. Let's say, you make a 10-minute call from
Canada to the U.K you will be billed 33 cents for the call (10 x 3.3). There are no hidden fees whatsoever!

What is your billing increment?
We have a one minute rounding policy. If you make a call for 2 minutes and 50 seconds we will charge you for 3 minutes.

Will I receive a bill for my calls?
No, the my-comm-card is a prepaid service. You will pay in advance so you will never receive a bill. If you would
like to see your calling history and detail records, log into your account and go to “Call History”.

How can I find out how many minutes I have left on my account?
You can see your current account balance by logging into your account online and going to “Account Info”. Here you will see
your account balance as well as your PIN number. To purchase additional minutes, simply input the amount
you wish to recharge your account in the drop down menu ($10, $20, or $50) and click “Buy Now”. You can also be notified of
your current balance by using your access and PIN number from any phone line. Also after you enter your destination number you
will be prompted of the number of minutes you have left for that particular destination.

Can more than one person use the same PIN at the same time?
No. You can give your PIN number to any one to use your card but two people can not make a call at the same time.

Can I use this service from my cell phone?
Yes you can, and the rate is the same as calling from a land line. For additional air time usage and roaming charges please

Can I make a conference call (3-Way Call) with this service?
No, you cannot make three way calls using a My-Comm-Card.

How do I dial the destination phone number?
For calls within U.S. & Canada or from any country to U.S or Canada: Dial 1 + Area Code + Phone Number. For international
countries: Dial 011 + Country Code + Phone Number

Can I use this service to send a fax?
Yes, you can FAX documents using your My-Comm-Card. The dialing process is exactly the same as if you were
making a regular call.

I placed a call and connected, but the quality was poor?
Please hang up and try your call again. If you have lost minutes please call my-comm-card customer support at 1-866-909-6624.
Customer support has complete jurisdiction on whether to credit or add lost minutes to your calling card. When calling
customer support, provide them with your pin number and your toll free access number. Customer support will look up your
pin and be able to see your call history. Customer support will see that you have lost your minutes, and will gladly add
them back to your my-comm-card.

After dialing destination number, is the pin announcing a different number of minutes than advertised?
If this is a brand new card with a full balance and you have entered your destination number and the number of minutes is
different then what you expected at time of purchase,
please choose the appropriate response below:
1. If you are NOT calling to a cell phone, please call my-comm-card customer support at 1-866-909-6624.
2. If you are calling to a cell phone, the rate and number of minutes may be different than advertised. The rates to cell
phones are higher than land line rates. The rate to cell phones in an international country is approximately 2.5 times higher
than the land line rate.

You can't get the call to connect?
Due to international lines and call capacity we can only advise that you try your call again in 10 minutes. Most capacity
issues are resolved within this time span. Please call customer service located in the email with your pin. If the problem
continues to occur please fill out the form below.

What does rounding mean?
This is the basic unit to record the length of your phone calls. Industry standard is one minute rounding, as in the case
of your residential telephone services.
